PROGRAMS & SERVICES

When placing the children/youth in the programs, consideration is given to the age, stage of development and the desired outcomes for each client to ensure the correct programming is put in place for them. We adjust the program to meet the needs of the clients so as to ensure positive outcomes for the persons served.

The staff of HF resources provide prevention, early intervention and tertiary programs such as; Individual goal setting, Education, Recreation/Leisure, Life Skills, Health and Well Being, Family, Clinical Support, First Nations Programming, and Community Supports.

Our Homes provides an environment where children and youth are treated with respect and kindness and given absolute positive regard and opportunity to reach their full potential. We believe that it is important to work in conjunction with all the supports to best enable the youth to work towards the goal of family reunification and preservation as well as developing life skills for independent living.


We believe that cultural awareness and spiritual healing are crucial in helping children and youth to stabilize and realize their full potential.
